WRAP is for anyone who wants to create positive change in the way they feel, or increase their enjoyment in life. It recognises that we are all recovering from something and that recovery is about learning to cope with and overcome life’s challenges in a way that allows you feel good about yourself and to get on with things.
WRAP is a plan developed and put in place by you that can help you be more resilient to stressful events or situations.

The Finding My Way Course is a plan to guide your recovery. When you are affected by a disorder, your life changes. Recovering can be a long and difficult process. You will find that it’s often necessary to learn new coping skills or even to re-learn old ones.
Although there is no ‘cure’ for psychotic type experiences or depression, there is every chance of recovery. The first factor in recovery is you. For successful recovery, you must recognise and work on your own strengths.
The second factor is developing good supports. Recovery works best when you access people who are interested and able to support you in your journey.
The third factor is effective use of medication. You can improve your chances of recovery when you understand in what way medication contributes to it.
The Finding YOUR Way Course can help you to do these things and manage your recovery. The course will give you the opportunity to explore and learn about your symptoms, their treatment and the management and recovery from mental distress.
There are eight parts to this course and participants are encouraged to take part in all eight to ensure they get a full appreciation of the principles of recovery.
