Regional Development Offices

Our Regional Development Offices are located throughout Ireland. They provide information and supports to people with mental ill health and their families and carers.

This includes:

  • A network of Phrenz and Relatives support groups around the country
  • Public presentations about mental health issues and the services we offer
  • One to one meetings to allow you to discuss your needs, concerns and options for managing your mental health
  • Assessment of your needs and referral to other mental health professionals, a Shine counsellor or relevant support group
  • Training and education courses to people affected by mental ill health
