The Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) deals with personal debt in Ireland. MABS publishes a cook book of 101+ Square Meals.
This is a useful cook book, practical in budgetary terms, and easy to follow with appetising pictures. Each recipe notes how expensive a recipe is, if a hob or oven is needed, ingredients, preparation and cooking time. Pages are wipe clean. It contains helpful hints and notes on a good stock cupboard as well as healthy and appetising snack and meal options.
